Eswop diagnose app is used to check the working condition of the phone.
Eswop diagnose app helps trade partners to check the status of the phone to be exchanged.
How the app works-
1. The app needs to be downloaded and installed on the same phone that is to be exchanged.
2. The user has to give the necessary app permissions to proceed to the next step, the user needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone.
3. Once the listed tests are completed a QR code will be generated on the app screen which means the device evaluation process is completed.
4. Trade partners will scan the QR from their phones, they will do some other required checks.
5. Transaction will be marked as “complete” by Trade partners.
*The app should be installed and the phone setting should not be reset till the transaction is marked as complete by trade partners.
6. In the last step user give the old phone after resetting and collect the new phone package from trade partners.
